How We Formed

Like many of the great collaborations in world history, the Anarchist Communist Atheist Wine and Cheese Appreciation society was formed by the accidental meeting of two great minds that complemented each other. Rex Havoc and Nora Titov met in 1975 while queuing to enter the Bordeaux Cité du Vin wine museum. At the time, Rex was a world-renowned cheesemaker and Nora was the president of the European Sommeliers Union. After chatting about their respective talents, they discovered they also shared a desire to inspire revolution and bring about destruction of the fascist hierarchical religious fundamentalist industrial-military cabals that rule the world.

Society Menifesto

Wine (from Latin vinum) is an alcoholic beverage made from fermented grapes. These grapes are generally Vitis vinifera, or a hybrid with Vitis labrusca or Vitis rupestris. Grapes are fermented without the addition of sugars, acids, enzymes, water, or other nutrients. Yeast consumes the sugar in the grapes and converts it to ethanol and carbon dioxide. Different varieties of grapes and strains of yeasts produce different styles of wine. These variations result from the complex interactions between the biochemical development of the grape, the reactions involved in fermentation, the terroir, and the production process.

Membership

Anarchism is a political philosophy that advocates self-governed societies based on voluntary institutions. These are often described as stateless societies, although several authors have defined them more specifically as institutions based on non-hierarchical free associations. Anarchism holds the state to be undesirable, unnecessary, and harmful.

Contact

To avoid tracking by the fascist states, the ACA WCAS does not have a phone number, email address or social networking account. This web site is a facade and attempts to trace its ownership will lead you to a 75 year old retired synchronised swimming coach who appears to live in a cottage in western Bulgaria. The only way to contact the ACA WCAS is to write your message on the back of a 20 Euro note, place it in a plain white envelope and cram it behind the hot water pipes of the toilets in the Montpellier railway station on a Sunday morning.
